A New Chapter for Rav and a Warm Welcome to Lesley

As Fitronics prepares for a new chapter, we are delighted to welcome Lesley Aitken, a seasoned expert in sales and marketing, to take the helm while Rav Sandhu steps away from leading Fitronics marketing for her maternity leave.

Reflecting on an extraordinary year, Rav shares: “It’s been a remarkable year at Fitronics, especially with our ConnectCX Summit in collaboration with Proinsight Mystery Shopping. We’ve united our sector, exchanged fresh ideas to improve the customer experience, and sparked exciting collaborations. While I’ll miss the incredible Fitronics team, it’s time for me to prepare for this life-changing moment with my family. I’m excited to return and see all the amazing progress we’ll achieve.”

With over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, Lesley brings a growth mindset and a wealth of expertise to the Fitronics team. She shares: “It’s a privilege to follow in Rav’s footsteps and work with Fitronics—a market leader in user-friendly software for the sport, health and fitness industry. She’s set a high bar, and I’ll strive to build on her success and make her proud. Fitronics has exciting plans for 2025, and I’m eager to leverage my expertise in sales and marketing to drive new growth and foster impactful collaborations. A key focus will be working with Jemma Flynn, our experienced Channel Partner Manager, to further develop collaborations and ensure we continue to evolve and grow. Together, we aim to build on the success of 2024 and create even greater opportunities for the future.”

Jemma adds her thoughts on this exciting transition: “We are so pleased for Rav as she embraces this special time with her family, and equally excited to have Lesley on board. Utilising Lesley’s marketing expertise to help us expand and deepen our collaborations is something I’m particularly looking forward to. Together, we’ll continue to innovate and ensure Fitronics and our brands—CoursePro, TRP, and iC (Intelligent Counting)—remain a driving force in our sector.”

In 2024, we successfully drove growth with our key partners—Jonas Club, Gladstone, Xn, and Les Mills—by streamlining partner processes, enhancing cross-team collaboration, and focusing on quick wins that delivered measurable results.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are committed to deepening strategic collaboration to unlock further opportunities:

Les Mills: Developing LMS integrations for Clubcount.

Gladstone: Selling back-to-base with improved insight and digital products.

Jonas Club: Launching new member insight features to support back-to-base growth

We’re excited to continue strengthening these partnerships in 2025 and beyond, delivering innovation and shared success.

Lesley will also be working closely with Marc Jones, Head of Commercial, who shares: “I worked on a project with Lesley back in the day, and I’m delighted to work with her again. Her energy, expertise, and ability to drive results make her an excellent addition to the Fitronics team. I look forward to everything we’ll achieve together in this next chapter.”
